We accept PayPal and credit cards. For bulk orders of grow lights, we use bank transfers. If you are a commercial grower placing a bulk order, get in touch with us for the best wholesale prices.

2. How much is shipping cost?

We offer free local delivery within the Continental USA. For Alaska and other U.S. islands, please contact service@medicgrow.com for shipping costs.

3. How long does the shipment take to arrive?

For USA domestic shipment, it takes 3 to 7 days, with to-door service.

For international shipments, it depends on the shipping company you choose.

4. Do I have to pay import/sales tax?

No need, we take care of that for you.

5. Can I get a refund for damaged led grow lights?

If the lights are damaged or malfunctioning, whether bought in-store or online, you are entitled to a refund. We will send you a guidance to complete the refund procedure which requires some information about the order and the grow lights, including the order number, lot number, pictures, and video clips of the grow lights you purchased. 

6. Are your Fold-1200 grow lights full-spectrum?

Yes, they are full spectrum grow lights. Professional full spectrum for whole stages of growing,form seedling to flowering.

7. What kind of LED diodes do you use?

Different light fixtures have different diode recipes, please check the specifications for the light you are looking for. Or you can contact us by email.

8. What’s the life span of Fold-1200 Grow light?

Fold-1200 have at least >30,000hrs lifespan.

9. Does the light come with a lighting controller?

No, the controller needs to be purchased separately. You may contact us to order the lighting controller on our site directly. 

10. Can your lights be daisy-chained?

If you are asking about daisy chain by signal cable, Fold-800 grow light can be daisy-chained by RJ-11 cable. 

If you are asking about Daisy Chained via a power cord, please contact service@medicgrow.com to inquire about custom-made power connection cables.

11. Can you send me detailed specifications of your lights?

13. Are there other wattage led grow lights options available in this series?

Yes. The Fold series also offers the Fold-800W and Fold-650W models as options. Compared to similar grow lights for indoor plants, they are easier to install, has better heat dissipation, and offers excellent value for money.

18. Can your Fold-1200 grow lights work with the Trolmaster controller?

It theoretically can work with Trolmaster's controller, but you will need to get an extra adapter from Trolmaster between the lights and the controller.
