2. How much is shipping cost?

We offer free local delivery within the Continental USA. For Alaska and other U.S. islands, please contact service@medicgrow.com for shipping costs.

3. How long does the shipment take to arrive?

For USA domestic shipment, it takes 3 to 7 days, with to-door service.

For international shipments, it depends on the shipping company you choose.

4. Do I have to pay import/sales tax?

No need, we take care of that for you.

5. Can I get a refund for damaged led grow lights?

If grow lights are damaged or malfunctioning, whether bought in-store or online, you are entitled to a refund. We will send you a guidance to complete the refund procedure which requires some information about the order and the goods, including the order number, lot number, pictures, and video clips of the goods you purchased. 

6. What is the difference between Spectrum X and Spectrum Y ? Which one should I choose?

By utilizing Spectrum X as your master console, you can daisy-chain up to 50 Spectrum Y fixtures to it. Any setting you program on the Spectrum X’s LCD screen—timers, dimming, or spectrum modes—will instantly sync across all connected Spectrum Y lights. This saves you massive hardware costs on external master controllers.

Choose Spectrum X if: You manage a single 5x5 tent, a few multi-tents, or a boutique grow room. You want immediate visual data at your fingertips. With its built-in LCD screen, you can program timers, adjust PPF, and switch spectrums directly on the fixture without spending an extra dime on external controllers. It is the ultimate "one-and-done" premium solution.

Choose Spectrum Y if: You run a massive commercial facility requiring synchronized  group controls, OR if you already own a Spectrum X (or a master controller) and want to expand your canopy footprint at a more cost-effective price point by adding "follower" lights.

7. What growing spaces is the Spectrum X suitable for?

The Spectrum X is designed for both commercial cultivation and tent growing. In a 5×5 ft tent, its 8‑bar design delivers even PPFD distribution, eliminates hot spots, and improves canopy penetration for optimal performance. It also works great in a 4×4 ft tent – simply dim the light to achieve excellent PPFD levels, efficiency, and coverage uniformity.

8.How does the screen display the PPF value? Is it a real-time sensor reading, and is it accurate?

The PPF value on the screen is a real-time metric calculated from your dimming knob level (30%–100%) and spectrum mode (V1/F1). While it is not a PAR meter measuring external ambient light, it is precisely calibrated to extensive factory sphere-testing data. Rather than guessing what "dimming to 60%" means for your canopy, you can instantly see the exact PPF output on the screen and match it perfectly to your plant's growth stage

9.What voltage does the Spectrum X support?

The standard version supports 110–277V AC input. 

10. Does the Spectrum X require an external controller?

No, Spectrum X, it's designed for home growers who don't want to buy an extra controller, it have built-in a control system into the light fixtures.

11.What is the actual power consumption of the Spectrum X?

The Spectrum X consumes up to 880 watts when operating at full power with UV and IR bars enabled. Actual power draw may vary depending on dimming settings and environmental conditions.

12.Can the Spectrum X be used for all plant growth stages?

Yes. The Spectrum X offers adjustable spectrum options that support seedlings, vegetative growth, flowering, and finishing stages. Growers can select different spectrum modes to match the plant's lifecycle requirements.

13. Can your Spectrum X be daisy-chained?

Don’t daisy‑chain two Spectrum X units – their internal timers will conflict. Instead, use one Spectrum X as the master and add screenless Spectrum Y units as followers. Connect them, and the master’s screen will control up to 50 followers (timer, dimming, spectrum). Saves hundreds on external hubs.

15.  Are your LEDs UL/ETL/DLC/CE certified? can you send me the certification test report?

Different Lights have different certification statuses. Spectrum Y is ETL/DLC certified.

16.  Can I have my LOGO printed on the body of the light/package?

17. Can you make the light to 1000 watts?

Yes. Our Ez-8 is a 1000W LED grow light, and the Fold-1200 delivers 1200W.

18. Can you offer me the best price?

19. What warranty comes with the Spectrum Y?

The Spectrum Y includes a 5-year warranty for the main fixture and a separate 1-year warranty for the UV/IR supplemental bars.

21. Where are your office and warehouse? 

Our office is located in Los Angeles, California. We have multiple warehouses in the USA, including Los Angeles, and Oklahoma City.

22. Can your lights work with the Trolmaster controller?

Except for Spectrum Y/Spectrum X/Smart 8/ Neo 780, the rest of the lights theoretically can work with Trolmaster's controller, but you will need to get an extra adapter from Trolmaster between the lights and the controller.  

23. Can I use Spectrum X to control Fold 8 / EZ 8/MINI SUN/Fold 800?
