• We add a step-less dimming knob to the Spectrum Y growing light. The most exciting update is, the new Spectrum Y Wireless supports secured and stable wireless connection to our TSC-2 Master Controller and auto-grouping up to 200 units. By working with our own designed touch-screen controller, the Spectrum Y Wireless empowers the grower to choose the right spectrum for their plants, as we all know, different growing cycles or different strains need different spectrums.

• Owing to the highest output white chips and Osram red chips, the Spectrum Y full spectrum lighting’s efficacy is up to 2.8 µmol/J, PPF 2184 µmol/s. A high output of 880W makes it possible to provide high-quality light to meet more needs. And it achieved a marvelous performance in the 4*4 and 5*5 areas from our testing.

• Since Spectrum Y Wireless applied the design of 8 lighting bars, the fixture gives out the light plants need as even as possible. These foldable bars and UV-IR add-ons make the fixture easily installed.

2. How much is shipping cost?

We offer free local delivery within the Continental USA. For Alaska and other U.S. islands, please contact service@medicgrow.com for shipping costs.

3. How long does the shipment take to arrive?

For USA domestic shipment, it takes 3 to 7 days, with to-door service.

For international shipments, it depends on the shipping company you choose.

4. Do I have to pay import/sales tax?

No need, we take care of that for you.

5. Can I get a refund for damaged goods?

If goods are damaged or malfunctioning, whether bought in-store or online, you are entitled to a refund. We will send you a guidance to complete the refund procedure which requires some information about the order and the goods, including the order number, lot number, pictures, and video clips of the goods you purchased. 

6. Are your LEDs full-spectrum?

Yes, all of our lights are full spectrum.

7. What kind of LED diodes do you use?

Different light fixtures have different diode recipes, please check the specifications for the light you are looking for. Or you can contact us by email.

8. What’s the life span of your lights?

Our lights have at least >50,000hrs lifespan.

9. Does the light come with a lighting controller?

No, the controller needs to be purchased separately. You may contact us to order the lighting controller on our site directly.

10. Can your lights be daisy-chained?

If you are asking about daisy chain by signal cable, most of our lights can be daisy-chained by RJ-11/RJ-12 cable. But regarding the Smart 8/ Spectrum X, it's designed for home growers who don't want to buy an extra controller, both lights have built-in a control system into the light fixtures, so these two lights are not recommended to be daisy-chained.

12.  Are your LEDs UL/ETL/DLC/CE certified? can you send me the certification test report?

Different Lights have different certification statuses. Fold 8 & Spectrum Y is ETL/DLC certified.

13.  Can I have my LOGO printed on the body of the light/package?

Yes, but there is a MOQ request, please contact us at sales@medicgrow.com. 

14. Can you make the light to 1000 watts?

Yes. Our Ez-8 is a 1000W LED grow light, and the Fold-1200 delivers 1200W.

15. Can you offer me the best price?

16. What’s the warranty policy?

We offer a 3-5-years warranty for all the light fixtures we sell.

17. Can you drop-ship for me?

Yes absolutely, we can drop-ship for you without displaying our name and brand.

18. Can Smart 8 and Spectrum X be daisy-chained?

Yes, After daisy-chaining, only dimming can be synchronized; UV/IR BAR and timer functions can't be synchronized.

19. Where are your office and warehouse? 

Our office is located in Los Angeles, California. We have multiple warehouses in the USA, including Los Angeles, and Oklahoma City.

20. Can your lights work with the Trolmaster controller?

Except for Spectrum Y/Spectrum X/Smart 8/ Neo 780, the rest of the lights theoretically can work with Trolmaster's controller, but you will need to get an extra adapter from Trolmaster between the lights and the controller. 

21. Can you give me a list of your lights that can be controlled by GLC-1?

Yes. The following lights can work with GLC-1 perfectly: FOLD 6/Fold 8/EZ 8/MINI-SUN 2 series/Fold 800/FOLD 1200. 

22. Can you give me a list of your lights that can be controlled by TSC-2?

All of our lights can work with TSC-2, but only Spectrum Y and Spectrum X have full access to all TSC-2 features, such as Spectrum-Switch, and UV/IR bar control. 

23. Can I use Spectrum X to control Fold 8 / EZ 8/MINI SUN/Fold 800?
