3. How long does the shipment take to arrive?

For USA domestic shipment, it takes 3 to 7 days, with to-door service.

For international shipments, it depends on the shipping company you choose.

4. Do I have to pay import/sales tax?

No need, we take care of that for you.

5. Can I get a refund for damaged goods?

If goods are damaged or malfunctioning, whether bought in-store or online, you are entitled to a refund. We will send you a guidance to complete the refund procedure which requires some information about the order and the goods, including the order number, lot number, pictures, and video clips of the goods you purchased. 

6. What's the difference between spectrum Y and other 880w led grow lihgts ?

The Medic Grow Spectrum Y combines a full-spectrum LED design with dedicated UV and IR supplemental bars, wireless group control, and high-efficiency Osram diodes. Unlike many standard 880W grow lights, Spectrum Y allows growers to adjust lighting strategies for different growth stages while maintaining uniform canopy coverage across a 5x5 ft grow area.

7. What growing spaces is the Spectrum Y suitable for?

The Spectrum Y is designed for both commercial cultivation and tent growing. In a 5×5 ft tent, its 8‑bar design delivers even PPFD distribution, eliminates hot spots, and improves canopy penetration for optimal performance. It also works great in a 4×4 ft tent – simply dim the light to achieve excellent PPFD levels, efficiency, and coverage uniformity.

8.Is the Spectrum Y suitable for commercial cultivation?

Yes. The high PPF output, wireless networking capability, uniform canopy coverage, and commercial-grade drivers make the Spectrum Y suitable for professional grow rooms, greenhouses, and commercial indoor farming facilities.

9.What voltage does the Spectrum Y support?

The standard version supports 110–277V AC input. For large‑scale commercial facilities, high‑voltage versions supporting 347V-480V AC (North America) or 380–400V AC three‑phase (Europe) are available as custom orders. Please contact sales@medicgrow.com for details.

10. Does the Spectrum Y require an external controller?

Yes.Wireless control functions operate through the Medic Grow TSC-2 Master Controller. Wired connection by master conrtoller TSC-2 or Spectrum-X. The TSC-2 controller enables scheduling, spectrum adjustments, and multi-light management.

But Spectrum X, it's designed for home growers who don't want to buy an extra controller, it have built-in a control system into the light fixtures.

Using the TSC-2 wireless controller, growers can manage and automatically group up to 200 fixtures, making the Spectrum Y suitable for commercial cultivation facilities.

11.What is the actual power consumption of the Spectrum Y?

The Spectrum Y consumes up to 880 watts when operating at full power with UV and IR bars enabled. Actual power draw may vary depending on dimming settings and environmental conditions.

12.Can the Spectrum Y be used for all plant growth stages?

Yes. The Spectrum Y offers adjustable spectrum options that support seedlings, vegetative growth, flowering, and finishing stages. Growers can select different spectrum modes to match the plant's lifecycle requirements.

13. Can your Spectrum Y be daisy-chained?

Yes! The Medic Grow Spectrum Y LED grow light can be daisy-chained. It features wireless and wired connectivity that allows multiple units to be connected together for synchronized control, including dimming and scheduling.

15.  Are your LEDs UL/ETL/DLC/CE certified? can you send me the certification test report?

Different Lights have different certification statuses. Spectrum Y is ETL/DLC certified.

16.  Can I have my LOGO printed on the body of the light/package?

Yes, but there is a MOQ request, please contact us at sales@medicgrow.com. 

17. Can you make the light to 1000 watts?

Yes. Our Ez-8 is a 1000W LED grow light, and the Fold-1200 delivers 1200W.

18. Can you offer me the best price?

19. What warranty comes with the Spectrum Y?

The Spectrum Y includes a 5-year warranty for the main fixture and a separate 1-year warranty for the UV/IR supplemental bars.

20. Can you drop-ship for me?

Yes absolutely, we can drop-ship for you without displaying our name and brand.

21. Can Smart 8 and Spectrum Y be daisy-chained?

Yes, After daisy-chaining, only dimming can be synchronized; UV/IR BAR and timer functions can't be synchronized.

22. Where are your office and warehouse? 

Our office is located in Los Angeles, California. We have multiple warehouses in the USA, including Los Angeles, and Oklahoma City.

23. Can your lights work with the Trolmaster controller?

Except for Spectrum Y/Spectrum X/Smart 8/ Neo 780, the rest of the lights theoretically can work with Trolmaster's controller, but you will need to get an extra adapter from Trolmaster between the lights and the controller.  

24. Can I use Spectrum X to control Fold 8 / EZ 8/MINI SUN/Fold 800?
