Medic Grow aftersales service process

Return / Replacement / Refund Policy

Free Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date if the product has no manufacturing defect, must be in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Returns and replaced must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date if the product has no manufacturing defect, must be in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at sales@medicgrow.com

All returns must be received/confirmed before Medic Grow send a replacement.

  • Manufacturing Defective items

If the item arrives defective (associated proof must be provided), can’t functional well, please contact us so we could send you the necessary components/ accessories or we would issue a return shipping label for you to return or get a replacement.

  • Incorrect items

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives package damaged, don't accept the delivery, it will be returned to the place of origin. And contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.

  • Lost/stolen/Courier damaged items

Medic Grow is not responsible for merchandise lost/stolen during or at delivery or damaged in transit. This is the responsibility of the courier. For lost/stolen/courier damaged items, a claim must be filed by the customer with the shipping courier.

Return/Refund/Replacement Instructions

Contact Medic Grow before returning any items. Please note: Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.

  1. Have your order information ready. Including order number, your name, order email, product Lot No.(17 characters).
  2. Provide a brief description of the issue (if any). Photos(videos) of all labels on the original box are essential for us to proceed with your request faster.
  3. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt, in original condition with all original packaging.
  4. E-mail to sales@medicgrow.com, we will review your return and refund application within 1-2 working days.

Notice:

  • Items purchased in store must be returned in local store
  • Special orders (anything not in stock) are not returnable so be sure you know what you want before ordering please. If you are unsure of the option to return an item, please call us.

Refund Time

Once the return item has been received by us, a full refund will be issued within 1~5 business days in your original form of payment.

Return Shipping

Please contact us asking for the return shipping label for any return and replacement, the associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the returns arising from the buyer's personal will, unless the return is due to manufacturing defect.

Replacement Freight

Medic Grow shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

 

 

Medic Grow Warranty

 Medic Grow will cover defects in materials and workmanship for the product manufactured for a period of five (5) years, beginning from the date of delivery. The determination of whether the product is defective shall be made by MEDIC GROW. 

  • Within (1) year. Full-cover warranty: Free components, free repair service, free shipping costs.
  • (1)-(5) years. Limited warranty: Free components, free repair service, the buyer is responsible for repair costs and shipping costs.

The Warranty applies only when:

Sales are made through the Medic Grow direct websites, or through authorized distributors or retailers, or through authorized third-party platforms such as Amazon.

  • Products are installed in applications in which ambient conditions are within the range of intended operating conditions.

LED grow lights - Ambient temperatures≦40℃ (104℉)

  • This Limited Product Warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow Product instructions; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear (including powder coat); (h) loss or theft; (i)external causes such as natural accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond MEDIC GROW’ reasonable control and the Limited Product Warranty does not apply to Products whose ownership cannot be verified.

Warranty Procedure

Please Contact Medic Grow sales@medicgrow.com with the following prepares readily:

  1. Order number, your name, order email, product Lot No.(17 characters).
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Photos of all labels on the original box. (if preserved)
  4. Associated proof of the faulty/defective products. Photos and videos will help our team to provide proper warranty service faster.

Warranty claims are processed 7 days-a-week for faster turnaround.
